Regular arrival times are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Emergency / after-hours
1.5× rate
Same-day E-calls and after-hours work are billed at overtime rate unless schedule conditions allow otherwise.
Extended travel
$75/hr + fuel
Boulder City, Pahrump, and farther locations are serviceable with travel-time charge.
Important service limits
Star Wolf Maintenance is focused on equipment and maintenance work. We are not licensed for fire suppression service, gas-line work, building electrical work, or refrigerant sales, recovery, and charging. Brand warranty work is not contracted at this time, though customer-approved repair work may be considered if a manufacturer or vendor agrees to cover it. Residential and major plumbing service are limited and are not the main focus.
Refrigeration equipment troubleshooting is limited at this time. Star Wolf Maintenance does not currently sell, recover, or charge refrigerant and does not currently hold EPA refrigerant certification.
